The front exterior of The MicroHouse is all glass and fibercement trim. The sides and rear are finished with our elastomeric stucco and can be colored to your exact needs. We offer glass tints in bronze, blue, and green.
These are NOT manufactured or mobile homes, our GreenBox Module Kits are permanent structures built to the same national building code as site-built construction but with much greater strength and durability. We can complete your MicroHouse in 4 weeks.
One of the added benefits of all GreenBox modular products is that you do not need to pour a concrete slab foundation. The ultra-strong and super-tough cement paneled floor is a "built in slab". The MicroHouse is set upon and bolted to steel-reinforced concrete piers instead of a slab. This foundation system is exceptionally strong and is only a fraction of the cost of a typical concrete slab foundation.

GreenBox prices all of its modular kits that are shipped within in the continental U.S. completely installed in a turnkey method with no surprise costs. This turnkey pricing includes architectural plans, stamped structural drawings, permitting services, complete kit system construction at our plant, site excavation, pier foundation system, complete shipping to the project site from our Dallas plant, module setting by crane (or other method), and all utility connections (water, sewer, electric, & data points that are already located within 50' of the structure itself).
Turnkey pricing does not include the following: Landscaping, decks, porches, fencing, driveways, sidewalks, light posts, freight outside of the continental U.S., special or steep lot excavation requirements, utility connection fees, utility line construction further than 50' from the structure itself, septic systems, basements, special foundations, etc.
