YOUR ROLE:
This engineer will be the vital engineer for multiple projects including design/analysis, prototype, testing, production and program plans. This leader will team with Senior Engineers, managers and supervisors both locally, and globally, to accomplish and exceed company goals for these projects. The Engineer IV will have the ability to work with projects from creation to production within the same facility. This leader will be responsible for detecting areas needing analysis, and orchestrating a resolution for any concerns. This star employee will ultimately have the unique opportunity to work with a global leader, and become a prominent engineer for the companys bright future.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
BSME required, 7+ years in related position
Preferred experience in: large compressors, electronic packaging, generators, and diesel engines
Must have previous background of involvement with engineering process from conception to production
CAD and ProE experience
Strong analytical skills to solve field issues or design errors
Trained to utilize simultaneous engineering, and project management
