Our collegial network of providers will welcome a Urologist to serve thefull range of patients with urological symptoms. We offer two choices of practice model:1) a private practice model with start-up assistance with forgiveness from the hospital fora Urologist to join the multi-specialty surgical group on a partnership track; or 2) a hospital-employed practice with all the benefits of an employedmodel in our experienced practice management network but with the rewards thatcome from personal productivity beyond the median plus education loan repaymentassistance. Either model is open to consideration to meet the needs of our community. They do not have a robot.Financial:- First year income guarantee from the hospital with forgiveness over 3 years of service after the guaranteeyear.
