For sale is this Beautiful Vintage Herman Miller Brazilian Rosewood and Black Leather Lounge Chair (model 670) and Ottoman (model 671)!
They have been stored for the last 15 years, and show very little wear! No repairs have been made, everything is 100% Original, and they were purchased in xxxx as a pair!
Black leather is soft and supple, and in Great Shape! There are a couple of minor scratches, two on the left armrest (left side when you are sitting in it), one on the ottoman, and a couple on the back left of the seat cushion.
The Dark Brazilian Rosewood is Gorgeous! Heavily figured on the back of the chair as seen in the photographs.
Plywood shells are in great shape, edges show very little wear, and there are only a few minor scratches to the rosewood surfaces.
There is one issue, and that is a small chip in the rosewood veneer on the top section of the backrest. It is located on the right edge (when sitting) about half way down. You can see it in the picture of the right side of the chair.
Black painted surfaces on the base of both chair and ottoman are excellent with minimal wear. Polished aluminum surfaces look very nice as well.
There are several labels on the bottom of the chair, one with the stamped date of NOV 30 xxxx. The ottoman has a similar label, and it is stamped NOV 30 xxxx as well.
Overall, this is a very nice Vintage Herman Miller Chair/Ottoman Set, and you would be hard pressed to find one nicer!
