Requirements:
We are looking for: Passion for sales and the ability to overcome sales objections; sales experience requiredAbility to delight customers and create a WOW experienceAbsolutely amazing phone presence and written communication skillsA positive attitude and enthusiasm for travel; after all, we're selling fun!Super tech savvy; strong typing skills, internet navigation and proficient with Microsoft OfficeSelf-management mastery - can stay on top of key tasks and ask for help when neededThirst for learning and ability to fully participate in our 6 week on-boarding and training programAvailable to work full-time (32-45 hrs./week) based on business needsWe need to be here when our customers need us! Our Travel Professionals need to be available to work a schedule including nights and weekends between the hours of 9 a.m. EST and 1 a.m. EST, including holidays. Your scheduled hours and days off will change every 12 weeks within this time frame in order for us to best service our customer. Must be able to provide a designated space for a home office free of distractions, high speed internet connection, and a separate phone land line (not over the internet) dedicated to this position (see work at home page for more details).
