Job Description
Field Service Company currently seeking Field Rep(s)/Inspector(s).
Inspections are routine, high volume, occupancy determination and loss draft. Most inspections take an estimated 5-8 minutes to complete including photos. Inspections will be assigned based on zip code coverage.
ALL INSPECTOR'S WILL BE PAID ON A xxxx (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR) BASIS.
Duties will include the following:
Verify occupancy and property condition
Take photos of the properties
Conduct interior and/or exterior inspections on properties
Evaluate and report damage to the inspected property via inspection forms
Leave Door hangers for financial institutions
Complete inspection and enter data on-line before the requested deadline date
Requirements:
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance
Smarthphone with internet access.
Camera with GPS capability
Laptop/desktop computer with high speed internet access
Web and mobile software experience a plus
Mapping software, MS Streets and Trips, Google Maps, GPS,etc.
Prior field inspection experience a PLUS!
