This post is for someone who would like to live in a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment in Greenville, NC over summer. I live with 2 roommates currently. Both are very nice and easy to get along with. The bedroom I am renting out is has a locked door and a private bathroom. Rates are $409 a month, plus utilities, but I am okay with accepting $420 a month, final payment. This apartment is located in the Bellamy Apartment complex. Other utilities include a gym, pool, media center, and many other activities for residents. The apartment does come furnished, the room including a desk and chair, dresser, walk in closet, toilet, shower, sink/cabinet, and bed frame. The room does not provide a mattress. In the common area, there is a fridge/freezer, couch, love seat, TV with entertainment center, cabinet space, two sinks, a washer, a dryer, and an alarm system. One of my roommates has a small dog, which usually stays in her room and does not bite. I will be moving out May 9th, and would love if someone could move in right after me!
