The Human ResourcesDepartment Supervisor will report directly to the Store Manager and work closelywith the store team on all HR functions and responsibilities. The primary dayto day purpose and focus of this position is largely dictated by season and onthe immediate needs of the business.Responsibilities:Staffing:Workwith the Store Manager and Assistant Managers to develop hiring strategy toensure staffing levels are maintained and to minimize hourlyturnoverSource, screen and interview applicants using thecompetency based interview guidelines found in hiring guide and through thegroup interview processReviewand maintain Applicant tracking systemRegularly schedule external recruiting in various sellingoriented organizations to attract top talentMaintain store staffing to numbers required by storestaffing modelDevelopment:Conduct on:board orientation of new Team Members. Ensureuse, execution, maintenance and administration of the on:boarding processthrough the learning management system.Leadthe training and development of all Team Members to ensure compliance to thecompanys service/product knowledge and selling skills trainingstandardsDeliver and follow:up on various product knowledgelearning initiatives rolled out throughout the yearResponsible for the tracking of all required trainingthrough the R Learning SystemLegalcompliance:EnsureTax Credit compliance is 100 for all hires as well as adhering to all state andfederal regulatory employment requirements inclusive of I:9 compliance, workpermits and payroll practices, and Company minor regulations.Set upand maintain all new hire paperwork and Team Member files by following R Usfamily guidelines as well as maintaining confidentiality of theseitemsMaintain employment postersConduct routine HR assessmentAssistwith unemployment claimsEnsurecompliance with all government regulations and paperworkTeam Memberdata management in HR:Assign, maintain and monitor Single Sign On access andlicensesPunchEdit Log ManagementHRISSystem MaintenanceTeam Membersatisfaction and engagement:Communicate Company benefit programsCoordinate store activitiesMonitor break room standardsAssistwith Team Member satisfaction surveysMonitor execution of Team Member RecognitionpolicyQualifications:Must be able to maintain confidentiality to any sensitive informationthey have access toAble to read and speak EnglishFacilitation and presentation skills preferredExperience in selling, customer service and HRpreferredExcellent leadership/decision making, and follow upskillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsDetail oriented with strong organizational and planningskillsExcellent interpersonal, and oral/written communicationskillsMust possess computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook andIntranet) with the ability to learn systems and operations topics on anas:needed basisAbility to identify potential employee relations issues and take to theappropriate partner to bring forward a resolutionAbility to identify Team Member strengths and developmentalneedsAbility to multitask and use multiple resources to generate applicants tofill open positionsPlease note thatwe recruit for this position on an on:going basis in order to build a talentpool of potential candidates.
