Position Overview Badger Sportswear is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Web Developer to develop and support a variety of both customer-facing and internal data-driven web-based applications. Projects will include applications such as e-Commerce (B2B and B2C) sites and customer service portals as well as applications to provide internal data visibility and business analytics and metrics. This on-site position will work with stakeholders to design, develop, test, maintain, document, and support web-based applications that are fast, efficient, and highly functional. Applications facing external users will require professional, aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and easy-to-use interfaces that promote a positive user experience. Badger Sportswear is a fast-growing company with an equally fast-paced, high output work environment where development needs are constantly evolving and continuously challenging. Agility and flexibility are key traits required for this position. Qualifications Bachelorrsquos Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred). Minimum 3 to 5 years (or more) of proven experience developing commercial database-driven web applications using Microsoft .NET (Visual Basic andor C) with Microsoft SQL Server databases. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server data access and manipulation via .NET development tools. Expertise in developing professional, efficient, and easy-to-use user interfaces with tools including ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Must function well in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Successful candidate should have a portfolio of applications to showcase their abilities.
